Training Program

All of Flexi Support's staff members are required to attend regular training sessions for improving client safety and satisfaction. Our staff are required to have regular skills updates in areas such as first aid, infection control and manual handling to provide the best care for our clients.

Working With Flexi Support

If you find it rewarding to be involved in providing care and support to people in the community, Flexi Support has positions available now.

A grade 3 certificate in Disability Support work, Aged care or Community Service and previous experience providing care in the same field is an advantage. Second language and skills are also valued. On going training updates will be provided by us.
